Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms over the kitchen and buckets with excellent cleanliness. Our enormous bed with two armchairs and bottles of water was welcoming. The staff were lovely, making our stay pleasant. However, the dining could be improved and clarified in terms of breakfast options. The service was friendly and attentive, particularly in the peculiar times we are facing. The location is perfect for exploring the Cairngorms and central Highlands, meeting all our needs. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
The hotel is in a superb location, with fresh rooms, decent sized beds, nice new bathrooms, and a good selection of teas/coffees. Despite feeling a bit cold even with windows closed, it offers a comfortable stay. The service, provided by Connor and the rest of the team, goes over and beyond with attentive, brisk, and genuinely friendly assistance. The location offers a beautiful setting, with all the facilities you'd expect, free parking, and the bonus of being in a pub that serves good pub grub. The dining experience is excellent, offering non-greasy perfection in breakfast options and gourmet sandwiches. Overall, the Glen provides a pleasant stay with a few minor temperature issues in the rooms.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious with a large queen-size bed, and the sheets and duvet were of great quality. It was clean, and dinner was also nice. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and very helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the Cairngorms National Park and surrounding areas, right in the heart of the highlands. The dining experience offered excellent food, although the coffee was a bit bland. Overall, a great value for the money.
